Fractional Tixel ® is the latest advance in skin tightening and rejuvenation treatments. Tixel ® utilises thermo-mechanical energy to vapourise channels in the skin which stimulates new collagen formation. The treatment involves the application of fractional thermal heat delivered to the skin by pyramid shaped spikes on a titanium metal plate.
