    TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    CANCELLATIONS:

    Laser Skin clinic requires no less than 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations.

    If you do not cancel in the above period or you fail to attend your appointment, Laser Skin Clinic reserve the right to charge you 50% of your treatment cost.

    PRE-PAID TREATMENTS:

    • Treatments are non – transferable between clients.
    • Pre- paid treatments of ten treatments or less will expire within 12 months from date of purchase
    • Pre- paid treatments of ten or more treatments will expire within 18 months from purchase date.

    If your appointment is part of a pre-paid package and you fail to attend or give the required notice you can either forfeit your appointment or pay half the treatment fee that would have been the original cost of the treatment.

    Pre-paid packages are not transferrable to other areas of the body unless previously discussed with your clinician.

    Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

    ADD ON’S:

    The amount of add on treatments purchased must match the number of treatments purchased.

    The amount of the add on treatment must be less in value to the primary treatment.

    BE PREPARED FOR YOUR TREATMENT:

    All areas to be treated must be shaved prior to treatment otherwise you will incur a shaving fee which is a minimum of $59. Price depends on how much time is taken to shave the area, the size of the area, the length and the thickness of the hair. Please advise reception, at the time of booking your treatment,  if you will not be shaving your skin at home.

    • Do not wax or tweeze areas to be treated
    • Keep areas being treated as pale as possible for safer laser treatments
    • Do not take photosensitive medication while having laser treatments

    BASIC AFTERCARE FOR ALL TREATMENTS:

    • Do not participate in exercise for 24 hours
    • Do not use saunas, pools or spas for 24 hours
    • Keep areas treated out of the sun, cover up or apply SPF 30+ as a minimum
    • Do not pick or scratch at the areas treated as it may lead to scarring
