How It Works

Tixel® uses a patented titanium tip with a grid of tiny, pyramid-shaped peaks. This tip heats to around 400°C and briefly contacts the skin in a precise stamping motion. This creates microscopic channels in the skin — stimulating a healing response without burning or cutting.

What to Expect

Each treatment begins with a full skin assessment and optional application of topical numbing cream. The procedure involves light stamping of the Tixel® tip across the treatment area, producing a brief warm sensation.

Post-treatment:

• Redness for 1–3 days

• A fine “grid” pattern of tiny dots may be visible for 2–5 days

• Mild swelling or dryness may occur

• Most clients return to normal activities within 24–48 hours

• Makeup can be worn the next day

For optimal results, we generally recommend a course of 3–6 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart, followed by maintenance treatments every 6–12 months.
